Third-Party Evaluations

This evaluation is for people using 3rd party materials (donor eggs, donor sperm, or donor embryo) to build their family and who have been directed by their reproductive clinic to get an evaluation prior to treatment. Fee includes a report to the referring clinic after the evaluation. 

 

Cost for Evaluation $300 (discount for referral from sponsoring clinic)
